ConceptSelf storage

Three self-storage facilities

One owner, three facilities on two rental systems. A size finder and today's rates in front of each facility's existing online rental.

Self-storage facility page with a size finder and a Rent online button

The problem

Each facility's page sat inside a rental platform's template: heavy on a phone, with rates several taps away and no clear answer to "what size do I need?"

What I built

  • A size finder: pick what you are storing and get the unit sizes that fit, with today's online rates.
  • Rate cards copied from each facility's live rental system, specials included.
  • Rent and Pay buttons that go straight into the rental checkout each facility already uses (Tenant Inc and Cubby), so nothing about operations changes.
  • Gate and office hours, directions and tap-to-call on the first screen.

How it's tracked

  • Rent clicks sent to Meta and GA4 as checkout starts, so ads can optimise for rentals rather than page views.
  • Size-finder steps measured by step name only.

Where it stands

Concept previews built for the owner, with his permission to show them. A third facility in Kahului, Maui follows the same pattern.
